Coach Paul Purvis
Next Level Impact

Coach Paul Purvis is a peak performance architect for adults who want real strength, resilience, and purposeA championship-level performance coach and Master Team Builder with over 30 years of experience developing athletes, military professionals, and leaders.

With 2 National Championships and 17 State Championships, he earned a reputation not just for winning — but for building disciplined, resilient people who perform under pressure.

His coaching philosophy is simple: strong bodies are built through shared standards, intentional structure, and performance under real-world conditions.

Certified in tactical performance training, Coach has also worked with military personnel and high-performance teams, applying biomechanics-based strength, movement correction, and durability principles in demanding environments.

Today, he brings that same professional standard to adults at The Retreat — delivering structured, intentional, performance-driven coaching.

He coaches mechanics.
He corrects movement.
He develops strength with precision.
No random workouts.
No lowered expectations.
No wasted effort.

His mission: build strength that lasts — and health that creates IMPACT.

      Questions & Answers
      Frequently Asked Questions

      FAQ

How is Next Level Impact different from typical group workouts?
Next Level Impact is performance coaching, not general fitness. Every session is structured with specific goals, progressions, and coaching cues. This isn’t about showing up and getting tired—it’s about measurable improvement and long-term strength.
Is this program only for athletes?
No. This program is for men and women who want to train with intention. You don’t need an athletic background—just a willingness to be coached and a commitment to improving how your body moves and performs.
Will I get individual coaching in a group setting?
Yes. Coach works with individuals within the group, providing real-time feedback, corrections, and progressions while maintaining a structured group environment.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
Many clients come in with past injuries or movement limitations. Training is scaled appropriately, and exercises are adjusted to protect joints while continuing to build strength and resilience.
      How often should I train?
Most clients train 2–4 times per week, depending on goals, recovery, and schedule. Coach will help guide what makes sense for you.
Who is this program NOT for?
This program may not be a fit if you’re looking for unstructured workouts, quick fixes, or minimal coaching. Next Level Impact is for people who want to train with purpose and consistency.
